Training of Internal Quality Auditors (IQAs)

A training for a new batch of Internal Quality Auditors (IQAs) has been scheduled on September 6 and 7, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Function Hall (PE Bldg). The training aims to provide knowledge and skills needed to assess and report on the conformance and implementation of the university's Quality Management System.

Each college/office is requested to send one (1) representative to this training. Please make necessary substitution on work/classes affected, if at all. Submit the names of your representative to the Office of Quality Assurance on or before September 3, 2013.

To maximize the expertise of the training facilitator (Mr. Roily Remitar), and to provide 'hands-on, real-world application' for both the trainees and the UC units, the second day (September 7, 2013) will be a practice audit in targeted units. Please refer to the audit plan below.
