Graduating Students of Transition Term, 1st and 2nd Terms of SY 2015-16
- Roster of Graduates
- Final List of candidates for graduation will be posted in your respective college bulletin boards on May 5, 2016 (list of graduates of Transition and First Terms, were already posted) for Trimestral programs, May 14, 2016 for Nursing and May 16, 2016 for Law.
- Verifications regarding the final list will be entertained until May 16, 2016 only. Please see your respective Dean's office or the Registrar's office for queries and verifications.
- Zero-balance policy is strictly enforced.
- Separate ceremony will be scheduled for 3rd Term Graduates.
- Schedule
- Take note of the following schedule of activities. It is important that all graduates follow the schedule and MUST attend all activities:
- Verify that you are included in the list of candidates for graduation.
- For qualified students, pay an initial deposit of Php 600.00 (Php 500.00 for the deposit of Toga - refundable upon returning the toga after graduation & Php 100.00 for the Graduation Photo Coverage).
- Go to the designated issuance rooms of your college/department for fitting of the toga.
- Attire for Graduates during Graduation Ceremonies
- Men:
- Light colored plain long sleeve polo with tie, no need for coats or jackets. Do not use Barong.
- Dark pants and black formal leather shoes.
- Facial accessories and exposed tattoos are not allowed.
- Keep a formal and neat haircut/hairstyle.
- For CON graduates, complete gala uniform.
- For CCJE graduates, complete GOA blue uniform.
- Ladies:
- Long formal dress with ankle-length skirt hemline, with or without sleeves.
- Not more than 2-inch high heeled shoes.
- Minimal accessories.
- For CON graduates, complete gala uniform.
- For CCJE graduates, complete GOA blue uniform.
- Security Details and Protocol during Graduation Ceremonies
- All graduates must come 30 minutes before the assembly. You must not bring anything except toga paraphernalia (hood and cap). Phones, cameras, bags, or other utilities should be left with your parents/guests. Parents/guests of graduates are not allowed in the assembly area. Entrance of graduates and guests will be at Gates 1, 2 and 5 only. After the ceremonies, exit will only be through Gates 3, 6 and 7. Marshals will assist ingress and egress.
- Due to limited parking, parking of vehicles for graduates and their guests is not allowed within the campus vicinity. Parking may be at the Convention Center, the Burnham Park area, or the SM Pay Parking.
- Only 2 passes per graduate will be distributed for parents/guests. All visitors with passes must be in the venue 30 minutes before gates open. Entrance to the gymnasium will be at Gates 1, 2 and 5 only. After the ceremonies, exit will only be through Gates 3, 6 and 7. Marshals will assist ingress and egress.
- Entry of parents/guests will be limited to 1:15 hours only (see schedule above). Doors and gates will be closed 15 minutes before start of procession. It shall be opened again for latecomers with passes only during the distribution of diplomas.
- Children 12 years of age and under will not be allowed to enter the gym.
- Unofficial photographers/cameramen or visitors who wish to take pictures are not allowed to stand nor walk around anywhere inside the venue. Taking of photos/videos is allowed only from where one is seated. Official photographers are available for near-shot photos but with prior reservation (see schedule). Photo-taking inside the gymnasium is also prohibited after the ceremonies. Everyone will be instructed to exit immediately in an orderly manner after the recessional.
- No pets are allowed inside the campus.
- Dangerous weapons, such as but not limited to knives, guns, clubs, brass knuckles, and other similar implements will be confiscated by security personnel should these be found in any person's belongings.
- In case of emergency, pay attention to the directions of Safety Marshals as they give instructions for procedures for evacuation, whenever necessary. Medical or first-aid assistance will be available anytime near the restrooms located at the gym entrance.
- Please remind your parents and guests that the campus is smoke-, alcohol-, and drug- free, and should remain so the whole time. Persons under the influence of liquor or drugs will not be allowed to enter school campus.

* note: Togas must be returned on or before June 5, 2016, else, late returnees will be charged an amount of Php 50.00/day. For lost Toga, the actual cost will be collected, Toga cap is not washable. If toga cap is returned defective or not in good condition, a Php 250.00 will be charged.
