Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management curriculum prepares the students acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude in managing all facets of Hotel, Restaurant and even Resort Management. The course covers from the conception, planning, develop­ment, human resource and eventually the management of the different aspects of hotel, restaurant and resort opera­tions. In the end, the students are expected to perform the required tasks either in rank and file, supervisory and mana­gerial levels of operations.
